Like I said before ."Puuuurfection!"
If that bike was mine it would sleep in the living room, not in the garage.

B and Gavs
Thanks for the advise and assistance today
Just to inform the people I had no spark, what a headache
I did adjust the "Air Gap" between the "activator ie the high point" on the fly wheel/rotor to the Pulse Generator at 0.5mm
However this was not the problem the CR500 seems to have a cycle to the position of the piston in conjuction with setting up a full kick.....major reliefment

there was spark/current
With the above mentioned problem, I only progressed slightly today, the radiators are on and filled....no leaks so far....

I wil try work on the scoot during the week....getting itchie now
This uptate seems like a dear diary session.........LMAO!!!!

Are the plug wet?? Make sure the slide are all the way down in the carb.. If it seem that you don't get enough gas, turn the plug out and take a inspuiting and drop a few drops of gas in..
CR500.. No de comp.. Keep us updated!
I would love to see the bike completed! She's a beauty!

No, make sure your air screw is not all the way in. Put it at 1.5 turns if you think the pilot might be to big for a starting point..
