Well since I had some down time waiting for parts for my shee I decided that I should go ahead and put together my LT250r since I already had all the parts on shelf...

Exhaust Port

This is the 87 style larger intake/reed assembly cylinder with an oval exhaust port. With the exception of the 86 RM250 (large intake also same style) they all have a bridged exhaust port. I used a thicker copper base gasket to get the port timing back up to where it should be. Has a lot of port area with port timing to match. Should run good if I don't happen to lose the piston out of the exhaust port...

I'll post some pics of the pipe and with everything mounted when I get a chance.

It looks good, when will she run, she has been standing for qute a while now..
The Suzuki is more of a side "pet" project if you will. I like it so much more than the banshee but I will never see the kind of performance out of it that I do with the banshee, so the banshee gets most of my time and effort and I am left with the playing with this in the spare moments. If all goes well with the shee maybe I can make more time for zuki.
Heres an update I got the engine in and the pipe and stuff on. I just switched it over to banshee front hubs. The front tires are temporary I am going to put small scooter tires on the front just like I have on the 'shee. I removed the front brakes shortly after these pics were taken.
