HI Guys, I revere a lot of people to this page/link...

I am a one man business.... I do the strips, I clean the parts, I do the everything, I pass on my own spanners, I work on your motors, NO ONE ELSE will touch your motor, EXCEPT for the machine shop who bore my cylinders.... They know how I am with getting the spot on piston/cylinder wall clearances... I work on your motors as it is my own...

It will always be the best for me to get the whole bike.. I can port your jugs but for best results, let me do your motor, then I can put the degree wheel on to insure your port timings work out to what the motor was designed for.... I like using the degree wheel before and afterwards to insure time/area figures, port timings etc are how I want them to be, when the cylinders are fitted on the cases....
This way I can make the whole package "fit into each other" as I want it to be... This motor will be build specific for your "type of riding", or the power band you want, as best as you describe....
There is a transfer/exh duration, shape, time area and angle for every type of riding or power band....

Here is the updated prices and description...

Porting:
I don't offer any clean up ports, nor moderate port jobs as I KNOW that its almost a waste of money and your gain is most of the time not what you expected.... I am honest to tell you to save up for a complete port job, if you insist on anything else we can chat about it....

I offer port jobs/engine building for any 2-stroke motor.... Motors get build for a specific "type of riding" or power band as some would like to say... This is no gimmick but the truth, you can build for more power down low or top.... The reliability factor is always kept in mind and refers to especially ring wear... Banshee motors are tough if build correctly and setup for the right fuels, good air cleaner(CRUCIAL), correct timing advance and most important to resist the biggest engine killer KNOCK!

Port job on singles R2500
Port job on twins R4000

Cylinder head skim R550

Cylinder head machining, dome cutting, cc, squish angle and width R1400 on twins and R1000 on singles.

Cylinder head machining takes time, removing and cc the head, into the lathe and out is time!!

The head designs are simulated on advance 2-stroke head design software, targeting a specific squish velocity for specific fuels and compression ratio etc... Its NOT just squish gap and a tight as possible gap and as high as possible compression ratio that always work or make the most power.... I like to stick to the basics, I don't just trust the software, but its a great tool if the operator are accurate and realistic.. These days most guys go and buy domes as small as possible and run race gas, that's easy yes, yet they know nothing about head designs, lets build a strong motor for 93 pump gas that will run reliable!!! Its the most fun, yet the most challenging for the competition...

Motor rebuilding/stripping/assemble R2000
Complete strip, clean, inspecting everything, from water pump to crank, to selectors, bearings... I will NOT assemble a motor if there is anything wrong with a part or discussed with the owner and he insists me not to replace it.... Its NOT about me making money, its about reliability and saving you money and giving you the BEST!

Banshee case trenching for 7mm and 10mm strokers R750

Other single cylinder trenching is R350

Banshee Complete crank rebuild, true and weld R650 + parts

Single cylinder crank rebuild R400

Shift star mod R250

Flywheel lightening R400

If I get a complete Banshee/bike I will charge as per hour for removing, cleaning the motor, please send your stuff clean!!
Banshee motor removing and fitting is 2 hours labor @ R250/h, if there is stripped bolts, broken brackets, broken wires or anything that is not to my liking I will charge to fix it per hour, bringing it under the owners attention before starting with it.. I take photos of most strips to show some of the issues..

Jetting: If you bring the whole bike and I have to build a motor and jet it as close as possible, it can take from 1 hour to more then a day, depending on how familiar I am with the setup.... I charge R250/ hour for the first hour and from there even if it takes me 3 days as it has in worst cases on trial and error I will charge a fixed price as discussed with the owner....

Dyno:
I can take a bike to the Dynojet 7 for checking the A/F and compare HP readings etc.. This can be discussed with me as an option after rebuilding....

Anything else is per hour of R250/h

Turn around time is 8 - 12 weeks, depending on parts availability! First come first serve, I cant' make myself clear enough on this!! If you are going to push me I will stop with your motor and you can come and pick it up..!! NO EXCEPTIONS! I will NOT take any more money to squeeze someone else's motor in, you will NOT intimidate me with money! This is all about honesty, those who know me will tell you... I will help out where I can..

I am only human and sometimes I can overlook something and when I start assemble I can always find something else that is faulty or has an issue like a crack in a case, barrel, worn impellar shaft or bearing etc, so be advised that these things happen and if you do not have money to replace it or go ahead depending on the problem, its not my problem, but I will try and help wear I can....

NO warranty or guarantee on motors!! Yamaha and big bike companies does not even offer it... BUT if something fails due to the fact that I am human, I WILL work it out with the owner and I WILL do all the labor free if I decided it was my fault, you pay for the parts, sorry its just the way it is... Like said, only myself work on your stuff and I try my best to do everything the best I can and to build with PASSION...

If you only send a motor to me, or even if I jet your bike here, it still is YOUR responsibility to make sure it does not run lean or ping... I will help and make sure everything is fine over the phone as I know its not always easy, but its crucial!!!

My prices are reasonable, I don't argue about prices, you can go somewhere else if you think I am unreasonable....

I will stand behind my motors for as long as someone runs them, even if they sell it to someone else, I will advice where I can and try my best to support my customers/friends...

I know I am sometimes hard to get, as this is not my day time job, but a PASSION that just keeps on growing... I have poor cell phone reception at my workshop, just keep on trying!!!

To those guys that I have dealt with, thank you so much and thanks for your patience, especially when it take longer then normal to receive your stuff!!

You can read this and really decide if I am the right guy for your motor, please call me for more info or to discuss more thing with me.... If you don't like what you read here, DON"T PHONE!!

No parts, motors, bikes will be released or posted until paid in FULL!

ALL motors, parts, bikes is stored on the OWNER's risk!!!!!!!!!!

For more info please call me on 082 821 45 15 or e-mail bvhdevelopments@gamil.com
