Yes, this is getting serious...
We will have to decide, so my question is, how many can bring tents to sleep in???? Yes, you can camp on my lawn.... One or 3 days will do nothing.... Then I have 2 double bedrooms and one single.... So lets leave them to the guys that don't want to sleep in tents.... The I have a big living room, which we barely use, so if some don't want to bring tents, they can bring matresses and crash there, room for plenty people there....
You will have to bring your own drinks..... You will have to bring your own sweets and chips and stuff.... Then we will have to discuss about the rest of the food, my wife should actually chime in here.... I will sponsor all the meat, will be super lam vleis.... We will probbaly braai most of the time.... The serious question is HOW LONG DOES YOU GUYS PLAN TO STAY??? I really need to know, because I want to slaughter a sheep or 2 and I need to know before you come so that I can organize everything..... So I really ask you guys that everybody needs to answer if they are coming no later then 24th August, their arriving date and departure date.....
Are everyone ok for just playing on the pan??? I suppose the dunes are out, unless some wants to come earlier for the dunes, or stay later..... All these things I need to know...... The dunes are another 200km away and R150/ person.... NO TOILETS at the dunes, as it is another 18km from the camp site......
If this is going to get to late about discussing these matters, then the whole thing will not be organized well and the food and everything will be a problem..... I just like organizing a little bit........
I WILL NOT ALLOW DRINKING AND DRIVING ON THE QUADS.... You are more then welcome to spin my whole farm under dust, but the farm roads are not banshee friendly, but the pan is, but its more like flat surface......
So please ask your questions and plan ahead, I don't want you to tow a trailer with a quad 800km and then you are dissapointed when you go back..... Which I still doubt.....
