hello all.
i need some info over my bike.
was riding over the weekend when the conrod be come very hard to turn. (if the bike was sezed up) but was turning over. when i strip the bike down the piston and ring are all fine and piston moves freely on the conrod. but the conrod to crack is very hard to turn. at the bottem of the conrod it got a pinky/orange colour (like if power been put on in texture look). i put sume oil on the crank and conrod and piston so on to help i not rust as is it raining here in magaliesburg. (this all on sunday). it morning i whet out and check it out agian the the conrod and crack is running much smoother but still sticky. with about 1mm play up and down when the conrod is at the TDC.
please help out get it fixed.
Crank rebuild! only way to fix it. B will help you there.
cool was thinking was needed, with some of MR.B magic touch on it.
a mild endro/off road porting (clean up port)...thinking
Good idea on the porting. All depends on your riding style. If it was me, Aggressive trail to MX port.
it going to for everyday riding on the farm, with racing about once about a month (+- 150Km to 200km in about 3 hour) so wanna keep it reliable. thats y a clean up/mild porting.
but i a porson to keep bike the bike in power band and like to free when it kicks in. to know im in the RMP i like.

A 125 is allready aggresive.... Because its lazy down low and wants to be revved... Only way to get more power down low is with compression and maybe with the transfers if they can still be cut....
The 250 react much better....
Your choice, I first need to see the cylinder and port layout to see what I can do....
i will take some pic the weekend and post it up for fot you to see.
Think B needs more than a photo. He needs port heights and shapes.

You need to replace that conrod... There is something wrong there, oil is not a permanent solution...
I need a layout like this, measured extremely accurate....
