Is there any truth to the idea of fixing your male dog, calming them down? And on the other side, any chance they calm down too much?

Jip, most probably to GRUMPY. Hahahaha
It's my jack russell. No problem with the naughtiness, he can tear the whole yard up if he wants and also no problem with marking his territory. Problem is that he constantly fights with my scottish terrier that was there first. The scotty has the nicest personality and now he is starting to become scared the whole time. Dont know why, everytime they fight the scotty fcks the JR up, ripping his toes off and tearing his ears. But the JR carries on.

I am also against doing it, but Ive taken 2.5 years of it. So this apparently is one solution and some say no diffs in the other things. Only aggression will come down?
training is all that will help .... Seriously
leave his balls alone
Tried training when he was a pup! What a mess that was!!!
