The CR 500 is just about complete lots of power and goes like a rocket.
Many thanks to the following:
Game Services (Ken, Mike & team) - Race Tech Forks and Shock gold valving and new springs
BVH Developments - Total engine rebuild and porting
Gavs - Thanks Tjoma
Auster - my assistant month ends only when he needed some cash, cleaned some the old parts eg rims, spokes etc
It's been a awesome learning experience!!!!!
Now I have been thinking........next possible project
I need to keep out of mischief......
So I have come up with a list of possible projects

I would have said KTM380, but you already have a big bore 2T, I reckon a road legal XR650 SM
Or Yamaha TZR 250 with W 250 motor. If you can find one though.
Yep, TZR250 but the 3MA, awessome bikes. Plenty around R10k some with loads of spares as well! Maybe I should just get one and do it! Been thinking about it for years!

If you want to stay off road then my suggestion is YZ250,(tuned of coarse). Since you had the Zuk and have a Honda now. Or even better. try get hold of old IT495 motor, gooi it some tunning and stuff it into a new ali frame
If its quad then ther is ONLY one choice
On-road well something 500 ish RD or RGV if you can get one. saw one in bikeSA went for 35K pitty i did not have the cash then.

Ok my real opinion for buying 2 wheeler...
The KTM 380 vs 300, I will go for the 300, the 2007 model or later, awesome bike.... just as much power as the 380..... But KTM is expensive, and the parts as well....
RM250 vs YZ, if you can get one of the last RMs, That will be my choice... I think the RMs are real nice.... Not a specific reason, I like the Yamies, but the Suzooks is real nice as well, except if bying a new YZ LOL....
I would not bother with those old 4 strokes.... Parts from Honda is already becoming a issue......
So my first choice... RM250 2nd YZ250....
Oh just thought of it now, if you want off road why not try get a 300 GasGas
thats one bike i would like to own.
Just a thought you know use dont use it!
