Are the plug wet?? Make sure the slide are all the way down in the carb.. If it seem that you don't get enough gas, turn the plug out and take a inspuiting and drop a few drops of gas in..

No, make sure your air screw is not all the way in. Put it at 1.5 turns if you think the pilot might be to big for a starting point..

all ur earths on the cdi grounded properly? bare metal available?
the suppresor cap fitting snugly on the spark plug tip?
what u testing? the coil's resistance?
what tester u got?
